I wanna talk to you today about low-fat food products. Why do we eat low fat food products? Because we wanna lose fat.
Is it working? Apparently not. Because people keep eating more and more low fat food products and they don't seem to be losing weight. Why not? Where is the problem here?
The issue is that they're removing the fat from the food. Does fat make you fat? Not necessarily, that's a topic for another time.
When you take the fat out on the food, which is actually the part that tastes good, the food tastes terrible. So how do they make the food taste good when they take out the fat? They add lots of sugar. And it’s the sugar that actually makes you gain weight. So here is my short fire (list) of tips:
- Wait to stop gaining weight.
- Stop purchasing and eating low-fat food products.
Your body will thank you. Your pocket (money) and your bank account will thank you because those products are expensive!
